Show Management assumes no responsibility for others neglect of basic safety, loss by theft, accidents or adherence to law. The Show Management & the local police shall be the final arbiter of all disputes and may eject persons who become unruly.

2. No loaded weapons, or loose ammo allowed. Safety always.

Refer back to the upcoming gunshows for table prices. There is no limit to the number of tables a vendor must reserve. No vendor/dealer will be gauranteed their table/s in any show until money has been collected. Vendor/dealers must attend their tables during ALL hours of the gunshow and may not pick up or leave until closing. Refer below to find out about our seating policy.

Dealer Set-up is the Friday before every gunshow between the hours of 12pm and 6pm. Dealers may also set-up between 7am and 9am on Saturday. Public hours are 9am-5pm on Saturday and 9am-4pm on Sunday.

Seating Policy:
Your preferences to where you would like your table/s to be during the gunshow may be expressed over the phone and will be taken into consideration by the gunshow director. However, this is not a promise that you will receive your preferences. All vendors/dealers are taken on a 'first come, first served' basis, and let's not forget that 'money talks'. You are not gauranteed your table/s until money has been collected. The gunshow director has expressed right to seat the vendors/dealers anywhere he sees fit in the gunshow. At that time the vendors/dealers have claim to their table/s for the next upcoming gunshow at that same venue if they pay upfront and ahead of time during the current gunshow. If money is not put down for the same tables during the current gunshow for the next upcoming show the vendor/dealer has forfeited their claim to the table/s.
